Edda’s Bundt Cakes are all baked fresh, vacuum packed and heat-sealed for maximum freshness. We work diligently to make sure every order is sent correctly. If you have received an incorrect or defective product you may be entitled to a replacement item or a refund. Please contact us at info@eddascakes.com or at 888-584-CAKE (2234) within 5 business days of arrival of product to advise us of the situation. Proof of purchase will be required. We do not refund regret purchases. We are not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package or incomplete address information was provided at the time the order was placed.
